Yuval uses his robust management experience to drive Afimilk's technology and direct its business to meet Afimilk's ambitious vision.
Yuval joined Afimilk in 2011. He brought with him extensive experience building fast-growing, high-tech companies in Israel and the United States, as well as his knowledge and experience in dairy farming.
Among his accomplishments, Yuval was co-founder and CEO of Riverhead Networks (sold to CISCO), and CEO of Olive Software.
Yuval leads our business worldwide and is responsible for our overall company growth.
Yuval brings hands-on experience leading high-tech firms. Before joining Afimilk, he served as CEO of White Cyber Knight, a cyber-security risk management software company. He also held sales and marketing VP roles at other leading high-tech firms such as video technology company, BitBand, broadband solution provider, Alvarion and broadband wireless access leader, Floware.
VP Global Operations & Customers Support
Gil Solovey
Gil makes sure our global operations, sales operations, supply chain, procurement, customer support, engineering, quality & IT are streamlined, intuitive and coordinated to support our diverse needs.
Before joining Afimilk, Gil was EVP of Global Operations at publicly traded hi-tech companies Ceragon Networks, Orbit Technologies, and HP Scitex.
Gil's years of experience in managing operations, formulating policies, and professional management in the high-tech Industry is invaluable.
VP Human Resources Itay Dromi
Itay implements and supervises strategic staffing plans to ensure Afimilk recruits and maintains the best talent.
Itay brings over 20 years of global experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development Management.
He served as VP of Human Resources at Enzymotec, which develops and manufactures nutritional ingredients and medical foods. He has also held multiple senior HR roles at Teva Pharmaceutical, Ultrashape, and Delta Galil Industries.
VP Product and Customer Success
Oren Drori
Oren steers Afimilk's product vision, from inception to development. He pursues new products that will change dairy operations, and increase farm profitability.
Before joining Afimilk, Oren served as COO & VP of Products at Cardiologic Innovations. He was also co-founder and CEO of Surgix. Both companies were involved in innovative medical technology development.
He also brings extensive experience in executive product management, marketing, and strategic planning positions at Comverse and Commtouch.
Robotics Development Leader
Niv Pinsky
Niv is currently spearheading Afimilk's robotic development group.
In the 20 years that he has been with Afimilk, he has served in key product manager and development roles.
Niv led the product development group for several of our core products, including: active tags (MEMS), milk meters (MPC), the tagging system for long-distance broadcasts, and AfiAct 2. He also kicked off our transformation to the new generation of programming for AfiFarm.
During Niv's tenure as head of Afimilk's innovation group, the company yielded four different products.
VP Research and Development
Nir Oppenheim
Nir leads forward our research and development team. Nir joined Afimilk in 2010 and led the software development in the company for ten years. During those 10 years Nir led the development of AfiFarm's new generation and established Afimilk's Cloud platform. Before joining Afimilk Nir served as a SW manager in Motorola, leading the development of various cellular products.
Chief Financial Officer
Elina Gordon
As Afimilk Chief Financial Officer, Elina is responsible for leading the company’s ongoing global financial activities and advancing sustainable growth and profitability. Elina brings years of experience as a seasoned, high energy global finance and business executive with a track record of improving operating performance, increasing value, building, and leading highly engaged cross-functional teams to deliver strong results in both public and private companies. Prior to joining Afimilk, Elina served as Head of Global Business Finance and CFO Operations of Netafim and held various executive financial management positions in leading companies.
